Buyers are skeptical about buying now. Banks are crumbling and Foreclosures grow exponentially almost overnight. All people hear on the news about the mortgage crisis and how bad the economy. They do not hear about how much they can get a house that will be much more valuable when the economy bounces back. Tell people this stuff, because they do not hear anywhere else. As a professional, it is your job to make them feel safe enough to decide to continue, or at least the purchase of your specific services.
